Agenda Item Summary:
This memo provides an update of Community Use of Facilities for February 2023. In February 2023, indoor use of our facilities included: Erg Sprints, Youth Leadership, a Girl Scout meeting, Scripps Spelling Bee, and a School Danced. Outdoor use of our facilities included: two Washington Birthday Parades and Erg Sprints. $5,750.00 was collected for use of schools in February 2023.  
Background:
School Board Policy KG, Community Use of Facilities, requires the preparation and issuance of a monthly community use of facilities report. Monthly reports will provide an overview of both ACPS-related and non-ACPS related facilities use.  
Recommendation
The Interim Superintendent recommends that the School Board approve the Monthly Facilities Use Report for February 2023.
