In October 2023, indoor use of our facilities included: Church Service, a Troop Organization meeting, Girl Scout meetings, Bible Study, an Afterschool Program, cheer practice, a class reunion, CPR/First Aid/AED Training, a PTSA Executive Board meeting, community meetings, a den meeting, yearbook club, an annual potluck dinner, a STEM event, a book fair, a Troop formation meeting, a STEM discovery fair, and a coat giveaway. Outdoor use of our facilities included: Fall festivals, parking for runners, an outdoor movie, meeting place for field trip, and a Pets and People community event.
$3,660.00 was collected for use of schools in October 2023.

Background:
|
School Board Policy KG, Community Use of Facilities, requires the preparation and issuance of a monthly community use of facilities report. Monthly reports will provide an overview of both ACPS-related and non-ACPS related facilities use.

Recommendation:
|
The Superintendent recommends that the School Board accept the October 2023 Community Use of Facilities monthly report.
