On May 23, 2024, Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) was contacted by representatives of Trinity United Methodist Church regarding a donation of $7,574.10 to help support student lunch debt.
In accordance with ACPS Policy KH and Regulation KH-R, any donation over $5,000 requires School Board approval. The donation must meet the established standards of acceptance requirements.
